Arbol’s elevated coastal cuisine showcases the bounty of the sea with delicate Asian influences and a trove of exotic spices from India and the Far East. A bit of Baja shines through in choice ingredients from the region. While seafood and shellfish take center stage on the menu, flavorful curries, fine sushi and sashimi, Wagyu beef, vegetarian plates and an array of 
delectable desserts jockey for attention.

The kinetic energy of the restaurant’s display kitchen spills over to the dining room. The atmosphere is electric as exquisitely prepared dishes emerge from Arbol’s tandoor and charcoal ovens and simmering woks. A delightful evening spent on the pristine shores of Las Ventanas is possible. Listen to the cascading waves in the glow of a warming bonfire. A private table can be set up with a bonfire for $250, a fixed menu is possible if requested 24 hours previously.

El Restaurant

El Restaurante’s locally sourced, nationally inspired menu is rooted in authenticity. Elegant and relaxed, El Restaurante features Mexican decorative touches. Every table enjoys fabulous views of the resort’s pools and the glistening Sea of Cortez.

Sea Grill

Located at the sand’s edge, with the stunning Sea of Cortez as your magnificent backdrop, Sea Grill features a variety of cuisines. Guests enjoy grilled fare, fresh ceviche and shellfish as well as traditional Mexican dishes.

Waterfront tables offer comfortable seating to enjoy the sea’s breezes in this open air restaurant.  For lunch, seating is also available at in-water tables and stools at the swim-up bar. The Sea Grill menu is also offered to guests who are relaxing in lounge chairs around the adjacent swimming pools and is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Taqueria

While relaxing at the Oasis, indulge in the inventive street tacos and desserts doled out at Taqueria. Open throughout the day, the refreshingly casual venue offers a menu of signature gourmet tacos, including Spiced Oyster Mushroom, Tikin Xic Lobster and Charred Baja Sea Bass tacos, along with delectable Mexican small bites such as quesadillas, ceviche and tostados.  Pair your savory delights with craft cocktails from the Oasis bar. Vegetarian options are also available

Taqueria also serves up tempting teppanyaki-style rolled ice cream—the perfect treat for a warm, sun-kissed day spent around the Oasis pool. To create the handmade dessert, liquid ice cream is spread on a cold griddle, blended with delicious syrups and toppings and, finally, rolled up to serve. In addition to design-your-own varieties, the menu features some seriously creative combinations, such as Matcha Mania, a mix of Oreos, mochi and green tea ice cream, and Love Baja, which pairs red wine and grapes with fresh cream.

Tequila & Ceviche Bar offers a delectable, authentic and fresh ceviche experience, a tradition popular in Mexico.
